After two decades in business we have reached a significant milestone in our journey: a permanent location that we can proudly call home, surpassing the limitations of previous kitchens. In 2022, we seized the opportunity to move into a remarkable 15,000 square foot warehouse, accompanied by an adjacent lot.

Through meticulous efforts, we transformed this space into a state-of-the-art, professionally equipped commissary. This facility now serves as the hub for our entire fleet and showcases an extensive range of top-notch cooking equipment that any chef would eagerly embrace. Ingeniously designed as two interconnected, yet distinct kitchens under one expansive roof, this setup is a testament to our innovation. It empowers us to produce an astounding 5,000 meals per day, operating around the clock, seven days a week, throughout the year.
